At Emerge we keep the consumer, not the tech, at the center of what we do. Organizations today are inundated by different technologies that ''will solve your problem.'' This creates confusion and detracts away from the true need of the consumer and therefore does not achieve the success necessary. This is why Aramark challenged me to create an organization, and discipline to be create, driven by insights and focused on a future of experiences that are reinvented with digital playing the right role.
