I am an electronic engineer with an MBA, currently working as Digital Innovation Manager for one of the most important merchant and trade associations in Italy. During 2020 and part of 2021, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I have worked in full remote mode with great success and satisfaction. I have created literally “from scratch” and all in remote mode, the Digital Innovation Helpdesk, which is a helpdesk offering consultancy services to merchants about their Digital Transformation process. All the services we offer are in remote mode, especially videocall. I have built a strong network and very good relationships with people I never met “in person”. It has been an exciting experience, transforming an emergency into an opportunity. I am an optimistic, thoughtful, and creative person. I love challenges if I believe I have the means to face them. But above all, what I am best at is ''creating what was not there before''; I am not a lover of professional routine.
