My father, when helping me with homework, used to break down a complex science problem and make it look easy. He made learning fun for me, so much so that a complex problem or learning opportunity excites me till today. I can hit the ground running to tackle any business need and learn quickly along the way. I have 20+ years of experience with networking products, including heading product management at a startup (WiteSand) and product management for Juniper's $500M+ data center switching portfolio. I have a proven track record for getting new products and solutions off the ground and turning them into multi-million dollar businesses. My strength is in collaboration and I have an abundance of experience marshaling the efforts of cross-functional teams spanning across engineering, sales, and marketing to align towards a business objective. Probably one of my proudest moments was when one of my direct reports told me that he feels motivated to work harder every time we talk about 'goals'. I have over collectively over 15 years of experience as a people manager and managed global teams of up to 25 people. I have experience in hiring and building motivated and high-performing teams. My experience as an MBA candidate at Berkeley-Haas had been an exhilarating one. I enjoy meeting engaging people and learning from the best minds in the business world.
