Dynamic and innovative Talent, Learning and Development Leader with a demonstrated history of transforming performance in employees through innovative learning strategy aligned to business and employee needs. My passion is Learning and Talent Development. I have deep L&D expertise from instructional design, LMS integration, learning evaluation, and learning operations. I have also been an HRBP for all commercial, corporate and operations functions in a business. I work closely with global executive leadership teams, providing coaching and guidance in all aspects of talent development. I focus on learning evaluation and measurement and creating impactful learning experiences for the business and its employees. I love working with my team of direct reports, and my team of peers across the globe to drive impact through learning, communications and change leadership.
