I believe that disconnection is the driving force of negative outcomes in our organizations and our lives. Increasing connection with ourselves and one another maximizes business performance, innovation outcomes, retention, engagement, and the ability to meet the needs of the business and the needs of the market as a team. I have dedicated my career to making this happen. My background includes innovating & delivering billions of dollars in value for shareholders and the public for over 15 years in both publicly traded companies and federal agencies. I delivered where many thought agreement let alone innovation was impossible. I founded INLIGN in 2019, the premier alignment coaching & advisory practice for leaders & teams, with the intention of making alignment accessible, doable, and non-disruptive. We work with enterprise-level C-suite and business leaders in diverse industries to address misalignment, dissolve silos, and promote optimal functioning across departments & within teams. As a mathematician at heart, I know that measurability enables accountability. Therefore, I redefined alignment in a universally applicable way that upholds both. Alignment: when actions accurately reflect priorities and intentions. When actions, priorities, and intentions don’t connect, there is misalignment. We have discovered that leaders across a broad spectrum do not have and/or take time to reflect on how their organizations can be better. The practice of alignment creates the needed white space for discovery, connection, & continuous improvement — whereby leaders create environments in which individuals, teams, and organizations thrive.
