A leader with strong commercial and business expertise, Renee has passion for creating, influencing and driving strategies around talent management and business operations in an ever changing marketplace where talent is a key differentiator. She focuses on optimising business value through organisation design, building a strong culture, leadership development strategies, career development and competency modelling as well as all the data driven operations needed to align supply and demand in a hyper growth professional services company. Having helped design and create our new global competency model, Renee is now helping design the operational side of the business to implement our new model across supply and demand. She plays a key role in enabling diverse and passionate ThoughtWorkers to master new capabilities and emerging technologies to have a transformative and lasting impact on our client’s businesses. Renee has the hands on experience of working in agile teams and has supported many clients in their transition to becoming digital businesses. She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, and received the Thiokol Award for Excellence in Engineering and Design for her Senior Design Project. She won Woman of the Year at the 2021 Women in Tech Excellence awards. She has been a finalist for Women in the City Future Leaders Award and has worked in North America, Europe, India, China, Hong Kong and Singapore. Renee’s a mother of two young children and a passionate advocate for inclusivity.
