Creative and pragmatic thinker who is capable to connect people and company results together, and people together by using and creating networks. Efficiency and effectivity are important elements in her organization and project management where the aim keeps rising. Renewal and innovation are key words for her, where the goal is not only (learning) to carry your own responsibility as an individual but also as an organization for own development. For her core themes are: leadership, competence development in the working space, and innovation. As member of the adisory board of TVOO, University Amsterdam and O&O, she is also involved in the last developments of the HRD field and in the last neuropsychological developments concerning the brain and learning. As consultant she is especially involved with assignments on strategically level where connections between different parties must be made en there is the need for strength. As an educational expert and business management expert, she is also a certified facilitator (CPF) and registered with IAF (International Association of Facilitators). As facilitator she coaches teams and organization by developing result minded and executable projects. She has experience as facilitator for companies within the building sector, within management development projects at educational and business services, installation techniques and energy and water branch. Using the newest brain developments as starting point. She gives master classes for using brain and brain techniques for learning and innovating.
