I lead the Data & Insight team at Multiverse, the fast-growing education scale-up that's building an outstanding alternative to university and corporate training via professional apprenticeships. My team enables everyone at Multiverse to take data-informed action. We work with colleagues across every part of the business to build data infrastructure, workflows, analytics tools & algorithms based on their analysis & decision-making needs. Previously, I led on Data & Insight at Ark Schools, an educational charity serving tens of thousands of young people in economically disadvantaged areas. Prior to that, I was a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), working with senior leaders to drive strategic change at multiple clients spanning the retail, energy, finance, technology & non-profit sectors. I am an alumnus of Stanford Graduate School of Business, Stanford Graduate School of Education and the University of Oxford (Jesus College), as well as Amman Valley Comprehensive School in South Wales. I care deeply about leveraging education & training to help drive social mobility and I believe that action-oriented data enables smarter and more efficient decision-making.
