Over the last 20+ years I have served in roles of a single contributor, manager, and leadership team member. My jobs have required me to perfect my skills of listening to clearly understand the needs of customers and teams in order to turn those desires into realistic solutions. A key strength I have is understanding complex concepts with developers and explaining the capabilities and value to others. I know in our business being in front of people is critical to success and I am comfortable traveling as required by the job. I have successfully grown product teams with an annual 30% growth YoY. Additionally, I have delivered 10+ new products to market and grown a password management business at 100% for 3 straight years.
