A commercially astute, highly-skilled CTO and self-motivated business technologist with over 20+ years experience working mostly within the Fashion & Apparel / Luxury Retail industry. I have acquired deep knowledge in a variety of innovative technologies through work-related projects, training, and qualifications. My current technical leadership role and academic background have given me an analytical and systematic approach to work, developing my skills in overseeing and delivering a variety of transformation projects, leveraging different business applications, SaaS platforms, and collaborative environments. I have successfully led and been involved in numerous innovative projects, from ERP implementations through to E-Commerce / Omnichannel initiatives all of which have raised productivity, optimised costs, improved security, regulated compliance, and helped streamline and automate many business processes and most importantly, have truly enhanced the customer experience.
