I am an accomplished and highly respected leader and coach with extensive experience delivering inspirational workshops on sustainability, teambuilding and leadership for numerous organisations including Waterstons and Energiesprong. Fully committed to supporting others, I take great pride in my work, successfully managing high performing teams on several projects, predominantly focusing on the strategic implementation of sustainability campaigns, policies, procedures and training using a broad range of resources to raise awareness and influence change. Attributes I possess include a real passion for supporting others in their development, encouraging innovation, acknowledging success and valuing difference. A creative thinker, with multiple transferable skills, I enjoy engaging with people at all levels and throughout my career, I have established and maintained a large, international network of contacts.
