Bio

Sandra is a learning scientist and organizational psychologist working at the intersection of employee enablement and technology-driven business transformation. As Chief Learning Scientist at EPAM Systems, she is responsible for aligning EPAM's many internal and externally-facing educational activities under one umbrella and ensuring they collectively drive business growth, quality, and results. She is also responsible for translating EPAM's internal learning and talent approach for clients, helping them recreate EPAM's award-winning culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning in their own organizations. In 2022, Sandra was recognized as a Global Leader in Consulting by Consulting Magazine for the innovative approach and the demonstrated impacts of her programs.
