I am a Chartered Surveyor with over thirty years worth of experience in the strategic management and leadership in the residential sector. I lead the growth, regeneration and portfolio management team at Onward Homes a North West based housing association providing and managing 35,000 across the north west. We are developing 5000 new homes as Strategic Partner of Homes England, bringing forward ambitious plans to deliver major regeneration schemes in Preston and Hattersley and are investing £400m into our existing homes over the next five years. I also lead our procurement and health and safety teams. It isn't dull and I have a great team working for me.
