I'm a business oriented engineer who has been developing technologies while working in some of North America's best companies. I had the opportunity to build a technology start up company that supports the growth of a multi-billion dollar parent company. Through these experiences I discovered my love of driving amazing experiences through digital and building high performing and passionate teams.

I'm often described as a tech geek who loves to solve problems through design, data and technology. I have experience and deep understanding of how to integrate design, engineering, data science and product management teams to create products and solutions.

Team culture is extremely important to me. Passion, curiosity and teamwork are core values in my teams. I've had the opportunity to mentor highly talented individuals to guide them on their leadership journeys and watch them become the leaders of the next generation.
