Arogundade Shina is an expert in banking and finance with years of working experience in one of Africa's biggest banks. He specializes in making credit policies which the bank follows in granting credit facilities to her customers. Prior to this, he was a Corporate Credit Analyst and was very instrumental in determining the creditworthiness of large corporations. Shina's passion for Nation Building and Job Creation has also led him to set up Naikob Stores, which emphasized on increasing the visibility and patronage of Nigerian manufactured products. During his tenure with the company, he was in charge of making proposals to Nigerian manufacturers and creating promotional content for the organization. The military background he had at an elementary stage has helped establish a spirit of discipline, team work and loyalty in the dispensation of every of his responsibilities. In his free time, he enjoys making gospel music, some of which have been recorded and made available for public consumption.
