As an Executive with 25+ years of comprehensive, global expertise and success in organizations across industries, I have held leadership roles at strategic, advisory and operational levels in operations, strategic planning, customer experience, supply chain and technology. I have a been trusted advisor to C-suite of various companies addressing various macro-business challenges and am passionate about harnessing cross-functional insights and leading high-impact teams to solve complex business challenges within extremely tight timelines. I am heavily focused on customer experience, and have led organizations through transformation initiatives geared towards enhancing customer or client service and support. Throughout my career I have worked and led teams in most company functions- PMO, finance, support help desk, IT, training, sales, account management and supply chain (including planning, inventory management, logistics and warehousing). This has enabled me to thoroughly understand how organizations operate and the fundamentals that drive good business decisions. As a result, I have had repeated success in the management and execution of large-scale transformations, capital and operating budget projects, building on strong technology, and operations competencies and experience. I also stand apart as a leader who knows how to innovate and drive top and bottom line through new-product development and growth of market share into untapped geographies.
