Shivi Shankaran is a seasoned technology veteran with extensive experience in the ecommerce space. Prior to joining Saks OFF 5TH in 2021, Shivi spent nearly 15 years at Amazon in a variety of global operations roles focused on enhancing the complete customer journey, including the development of Amazon’s global reverse logistics system. Throughout his career, Shivi is deeply familiar with every aspect of ecommerce, including product management, systems architecture and software development, business development, fulfillment, industrial engineering, transportation and customer service. He has consistently operated the strategic goal of scaling an organization through exponential growth using technology advancements, process re-engineering and people development to create a best-in-class customer experience. As Chief Operating Officer for Saks OFF 5TH, Shivi oversees Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data & Analytics, Enterprise IT and Information Security, and Supply Chain & Logistics. Shivi is committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience across all channels. Through his customer-obsessed mindset, Shivi is charting the course for Saks OFF 5TH’s future as the company reimagines off-price retail scaled by technology and innovation.
