Stephanie Shaw is an Information Technology and Enterprise Solutions expert possessing more than two decades of experience working for industry heavyweights including Oracle Corporation, a FORTUNE 100 corporation and the second-largest software company in the world, and The Wendy’s Company, a FORTUNE 1000 global corporation headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. She was recently named as one of the National Diversity Council’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology. The most senior African American woman at The Wendy’s Company, Shaw serves as Vice President of Enterprise Technology, directing all enterprise project portfolio management, application development, and corporate technology services. Prior to joining The Wendy’s Company in 2011, Stephanie served as Practice Director for EiS Technologies, Inc. for five years where she built a managed services Oracle consulting practice, growing it from inception to $1.5 million in annual revenues. As a leader, Shaw’s first passion is people. The foundation of her leadership legacy is her joy in helping people discover their best selves and pay it forward. As such, she has supported several leadership development initiatives at Wendy’s, including serving as a mentor. She is also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, having personally started the Wendy’s Cultural Diversity Network and serving as its Co-Chair. Shaw holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from West Liberty University and a Master of Science in Labor Relations from West Virginia University.
