At the same time, I also support Emerson's broader talent management initiatives. I lead a team of talented and passionate Learning & Development professionals. We deliver meaningful business outcomes by introducing world-class leadership practices and making them common practice. I have held both strategic and tactical roles including from Senior Vice President of Training and Development and Corporate Director of Learning. I possess extraordinary depth and breadth of the Corporate Learning Function. Over the last 25 years I have personally trained and equipped over 42,000 people on five continents.
