A senior program manager with experience working Nationally, Locally and across the UK with a robust track record in successfully delivering high quality interventions, improvement plans and transformational services across a range of sectors. Skilled in change management, successfully managing multiple strategic programmes, motivating multi-disciplinary teams and securing new sources of funding in a difficult funding environment. A proven expert in building collaborative partnerships with the public, private and voluntary sectors to establish, operationalise and evaluate complex areas of work having worked on theory of change signature programmes across the UK. Currently a Neighborhood Manager - Support at One Manchester Housing, managing neighborhood services, Independent Living services, ageing well in place strategy and Support & well-being services. Senior project lead on a complex multidisciplinary, digital upgrades programme across our Independent Living services maximizing opportunities through procurement to inception.
