Experienced product manager with a background in AI, robotics, UI and mobile. I enjoy working on ambiguous 0-1 products in the adjacent possible. My Google work has revolved around on-device intelligence, usually this means shipping novel features and infrastructure into the Android OS: I was the PM founder and launch PM for Android System Intelligence and Private Compute Core. Previously I was responsible for the Android home screen and setup experience through 4 major OS releases, and Voice Access, which lets you control your phone with your voice. Before I joined Google I co-founded, built and ran a small (15 FTE) software company which designed and shipped beautiful software for mobile devices. I like robots. At Google[x], I worked on the Everyday Robotics project, and I’m a non-exec director for the Small Robot Company, a UK agricultural robotics business.
