A proven track record of success in software product development / engineering, technology research, vendor management, data centre management, service management, professional services, PMO, change management and IT management within the international software and financial industry. Excellent customer facing skills and an effective communicator in both technical and non-technical spheres. Experience of interacting with demanding customers at senior levels and coordinating delivery of service and products within agreed SLAs. Experience working within a financial services environment while managing department risk and controls to keep in line with industry compliance regulations. Exposure to a broad spectrum of technologies in many different business domains from small to large scale developments including security technologies and products, financial products, consignment tracking applications, computer gaming technologies, educational products, test automation technology, enterprise systems and tools development.
