I am a target driven and competitive individual with experience of managing teams and playing a strategic role in creating large scale recruitment initiatives. As a senior 360˚ recruiter, covering both the UK and EMEA, I have won numerous awards for my hiring numbers and also for creating and managing innovative recruitment projects. At the ISE, I worked closely with global brands (the majority of the Times Top 100) to ensure that they could maximise their business performance through having an excellent candidate experience and allowing access to diverse talent. I have an in-depth and data-driven understanding of the importance of diversity and inclusion to talent management and workforce planning. This understanding has led me to present numerous times to large TA audiences such as the TargetJobs Breakfast events. After my role helping employer partners hire the very best and diverse talent through a new and exciting A.I platform called GradFuel (growing the team from 3 to 30), I moved to Berlin 🇩🇪 After joining as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Zalando, I now head up our Early Career programs across Europe.
