Vinitaa Jayson is the Senior Vice President - Human Resources for Procter & Gamble’s North America business and operations, which includes the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. North America is P&G’s largest and most profitable region, accounting for nearly 47% of the company’s net sales. Vinitaa started her career in Human Resources in P&G's Mumbai office over two decades ago, and has lived and worked in Manila, Cincinnati, Boston and Singapore before returning to the Corporate HQ in 2018 in her current role. She has served as the senior HR leader in country, regional and global roles with business portfolios ranging from $4B to $40B, and employee populations exceeding 25,000. Building on a track record of designing organizations to unlock growth, Vinitaa has led the transition of P&G’s operating model in various businesses in her recent roles, including in the North America region. She works closely with the HR and business leaders of each of P&G’s business units and customer teams in North America to drive winning organizational results. Vinitaa has strong equity as an organization strategist who combines game-changing choices with smart, thoughtful pragmatism. She is business- and culture-focused, courageous and decisive, results-oriented and highly collaborative. She is known for her positivity, high standards and huge capacity. She builds learning organizations that can see and leverage possibilities. Vinitaa is a member of the Catalyst Board of Advisors. She is also a member of the HR/Compensation Committee of the GS1 US Board. Outside of her professional pursuits, Vinitaa is a photographer and visual storyteller. She tells stories of people and places, and is passionate about building bridges and creating dialogue.
