Corporate SaaS Executive. Software and Technology. Agile & Leadership Development Expert. Throughout my career, I have been involved in all levels of operations management in internet, wireless telecom and software platform development industries. I have held many positions in these organizations including; CEO, CFO, COO, and owner/founder. I have a strong record of achievement in directing corporate operations in the technology sector, most recently with SaaS-based solutions. While helping to build top-performing teams in technical organizations, I created a leadership certification training program at InfinityHR to provide management education, coaching and development for new team leads, managers, and directors, 50% of which were women. I did that while still driving revenue growth, operational processes, and overseeing the design and delivery of new products and services. I also excel at building and leading top-performing teams, turning around under-performing companies, driving revenue growth, overseeing the design and delivery of new products and services, and guiding organizations through periods of growth or change. Currently the CEO of Openforce, I am responsible for strategy, growth and corporate board alignment. I am a speaker, mentor, and coach to many leaders in all phases of their careers and in life. Having been in management for over 25 years, I have experienced many challenges as an executive in highly technical organizations and have a passion for using that experience to coach and develop other leaders in whatever phase of career they are in.
