Over the past 20+ years, I have gained extensive experience in achieving impossible challenges through leveraging my expertise in cutting edge technologies and my career of working the hardest problems for Fortune 100 companies and the hard problems in the US Federal National Security and Defense domain as well as gained international context through my work solving these same problems for NATO countries. This experience – coupled with my strategic leadership and stakeholder management skills – has enabled me to thrive as a technology subject matter expert across multiple industries. Most notably, my high risk programmatics background and the National Defense and Intelligence experience has trained me to attack any problem, despite its complexity. A few of my achievements include: ★ Achieved a 40% reduction in ‘cost to serve’ for a Fortune 50 client through architecting and delivering a world wide integrated AI Call Center. ★ Served as the IBM Lead for the White House Workgroup on ‘trafficking of minors on the internet’, resulted in a successful presentation to the White House and methodology adoption by the FBI and Interpol INTERPOL resulting in greatly increased child recovery, significantly higher successful prosecution rates and the establishment of a Cyberpsychology center in Ireland. ★ Worked as the SME for advanced technology programs providing expertise to the Secret Service, DISA, SOCOM, JIDO, DARPA, and the US Intelligence agencies while directing the development of advanced AI, machine vision, video analytics, edge compute, advanced analytics and automatous decision systems. ★ Served as SME for Fortune 100 companies and provided IT transformation services, including customer intimacy and customer experience, leveraging Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, IoT, hybrid cloud, cognitive, and context computing technologies. ★ Delivering the largest single client savings - $270M - by transforming a failed project into a profitable outcome, exceeding all client expectations. ★ Transformed enterprise data and established the digital strategy for a Fortune 50 company, including monetization, insight, exploitation, and governance efforts while uniting eight-three siloed business.
