I'm the co-founder and CEO of Horsefly Analytics - a leading talent analytics platform - often called the ''best-kept secret in HR''. We saw a disruptive way to innovate within the talent acquisition space with an easy to use platform that lets you instantly view and compare labour market supply & demand data across the UK. Our clients found the data and the visual output of our interface invaluable in helping them make better, more informed decisions and being the ''expert voice''. In just three years, our platform grew exponentially from 1 country to 38 countries, and our product now also serves workforce planning, business planning and is now used by some of the world's biggest companies across the Public Sector (e.g. Home Office, Office for National Statistics), Private Sector (e.g. Virgin Media, EY, Lloyds Banking Group) and RPO (e.g. Kornferry, Hays, Resource Solutions) The versatile nature of my role means that every day brings a new challenge, from board meetings to raising funds to putting the kettle on for visiting clients. My greatest pleasure comes from spending time with our brilliant team, responsible for our success, and our clients - who are valued partners in helping drive our product roadmap and development.
